Adding new users is therefore an essential step in setting up your platform.
Introduction to user rights and profiles

Create a user
Please refer to the Creating a user and assigning a scope article in the wiki section Configuring your account and company > Administering your company section.
Case : create a "mailing-only" user
With Yuno, you can create a user who cannot access the platform. They will then only receive Yuno bulletins by email.
Step 1: Go to the LePortail users list
To declare limited-access users go to the lePortail user list.
Click on the "+" symbol in the top right-hand corner. A pop-up window will open.
Step 2: Enter user details
In the window, enter the following information:
- the user's surname
- the user's first name
- the user's email address (mailing list possible)
- the language spoken (French or English)
- the subscription of the target entity. It is named "Abonnement Yuno - [ENTITY NAME]".
- the "regular user" profile.
- Tick the box "activate the account for email reception only"
Additional options : - PGP key: used to encrypt emails sent to the user. Also tick the "encrypt emails" box. - Email format: choose whether you want the user to receive their newsletters in text or html format. - Mobile phone: by adding the telephone number you can enable the user to receive SMS alerts in the event of a critical bulletin and activate 2-factor authentication.
