In this article, you will find out how to activate the option to receive an alert by SMS when a critical Yuno bulletin is issued.
SUMMARY
- Step 1: Go to your user settings
- Step 2: Declare a telephone number
- Step 3: Activate the SMS reception option
You check your e-mail inbox every day for the Yuno Cyber Watch bulletins you have received. However, you would like to be informed very quickly by XMCO if a critical alert is published.
In this situation, you can configure your account on the XMCO Portal to receive notification by SMS when a critical alert is published.
Step 1: Go to your user settings
At the top right of your screen, click on your initials . This will take you to the Account Settings menu.
Step 2: Declare a telephone number
Go to the Settings tab and then Details.
You'll need to check that your phone number is entered correctly in your account. If it isn't, add it and then click on "update" to save the configuration.
NB: Telephone number format
- We recommend that you enter your telephone number with its international dialling code (+33 replacing the first "0" of the telephone number for France).
- Foreign numbers are accepted as long as you enter their international dialling code.
Step 3: Activate the SMS reception option
Click on the Preferences menu in the sidebar and activate the "Receive critical alerts by SMS" option. Click on "Update" to confirm the configuration.
Note: sending alerts by SMS does not take into account your reception preferences defined through the different perimeters.
