How centralized administration multi-tenant works?
This multi-tenant configuration allows you to manage a personalised cyber watch for each of your tenants.
The tenant's users will have the right to consult the lePortail knowledge base (newsletter base, CVE base, action tickets, etc.).
Step 1: declare the entity's users
1. To declare users as members of the administering organisation, go to the lePortail user list.
2. Click on the "+" symbol in the top right-hand corner. A pop-up window will open.
3. In the window, enter the following information:
- the user's surname
- the user's first name
- the user's email address (mailing list possible)
- the language spoken (French or English)
- the subscription of the target entity. It is named "Abonnement Yuno - [ENTITY NAME]".
- the user profile. This can be of 2 types :
User 1: regular user
Unlike "entity manager" users, regular users have access to the platform (XMCO base, Base, CVE, action plan, etc.) but do not have administrative rights.
When they are considered to be a scope manager, they are given administration rights, but only for their scope (no creation/deletion of lePortail users, for example).
To create a "regular user", select the "regular user" profile and confirm.
User 2: limited user
This type of user will not be able to access the platform. They will only receive cyber watch bulletins by e-mail.
To create a "mail-only user" user:
- select the "regular user" profile
- tick the option "activate the account for email reception only".
Once you have made your selection, click on "Add" to complete the configuration.
Additional options :
- PGP key: used to encrypt emails sent to the user. Also tick the "encrypt emails" box.
- Email format: choose whether you want the user to receive their newsletters in text or html format.
- Mobile phone: by adding the telephone number you can enable the user to receive SMS alerts in the event of a critical bulletin and activate 2-factor authentication.
Step 2: For each new entity, declare a scope to customise the cyber watch
To set up technical cyber watch for each entity, follow the instructions on this page.
Users will only have access to information relating to their perimeter.
Step 3: Set up an environmental cyber watch for each entity
Click here to find out how to set up environmental cyber watch for your entity's users.
NB: Regular users can make these settings on their own account.
