View your assets

What is an asset?

An asset is any valuable component, an asset with added value. It can be an IP address, a host name, a domain or even a keyword (e.g. the name of the president). It is crucial to know these in order to be able to clearly define Serenety's cyber-surveillance perimeter.

Choice 1 : View assets directly in Assets page

The asset view page allows you to identify and track assets monitored by Serenety. It is accessible from the menu on the left, in the Serenety part under the name "Assets": 

You will be taken to a summary list of all the assets monitored by Serenety :

Choice 2 : View assets (and their details) from my perimeters page

It is also possible to view your assets from the perimeter page. This allows you to identify and track the assets monitored by Serenety within a particular perimeter.

It can be accessed from the menu on the left, in the Serenety module, under the name "My perimeters".

• Click on a perimeter, then on the Technical component(s) tab. The list of all assets will then be displayed.
  
• To access the details of an asset, simply click on it to obtain the following information:
  
  • Details (value, type, description)
  • The associated action plan
