Here are the new features in version 2.11.9


New features

  • It is now possible to add a comment to several tickets at the same time!
  • Serenety
    • Following your feedback, Serenety asset managementhas been improved!
      • A pre-import validation of assets has been added, to avoid a request with assets already present;
      • A tab has been added to group all assets within a perimeter. You can also search for the name of an asset within it;
      • The “Description” field of an asset can now be modified directly from the interface.
      • You will now be notified of the validation or rejection of your request.
  • Yuno
    • Labels/tags are now organized hierarchically: for example, if you search for “South America”, you'll find all newsletters labeled by a South American country, such as “Brazil” or “Chile”.


Bug fixes

  • ⚠ Exports of action tickets and alerts have been modified ⚠: custom fields are now real columns and not 1 column anymore.

  • Following your feedback, we have corrected a few bugs in asset management (Serenety): In asset properties,

    • The robustness of encryption algorithms was inverted;

    • The domain expiration property was systematically displayed, even when empty.

  • The list of users assigned to a perimeter was sometimes impossible to update. Now it should work again.

  • On arriving at a perimeter, users were sometimes presented with an empty tab.

  • Added missing translations to cobranding functionality (Yuno)

Here are the new features in version 2.11.7


New features

  • New Takedown service: Serenety managers can now access a new “Takedown” interface!
    • From a Suspicious domain alert, you can now directly create a takedown request.
  • New interface: The Portal is reorganized! Get a focused experience of the product by clicking on the logo in the top right-hand corner.
  • Connect to your Cortex XSOAR (Palo Alto) instance: If you have Palo Alto's Cortex XSoar tool, you can now synchronize and process your Serenety alerts directly from this tool thanks to our connector.
  • Service account: Service account managers can now generate their API key.
  • We've improved the user creation form! With a cleaner interface and fewer fields to answer, we're going for the essential.

Bug fixes

  • PDF version of Serenety alerts was not correctly translated into English.

  • You can now “select all / deselect all” when assigning a perimeter.

  • It is now possible to receive Serenety alert notifications without sensitive details inside. Just change your notification preferences.

  • Say goodbye to watch preferences on Serenety and Audit perimeters: we're officially deprecating watch correlation.
