• Step 1 : at user level, change the language of the interface and bulletins to english

Yuno's content has been designed to be available in both French and English. To use the english version, you need to do two things:

Step 1 : at user level, change the language of the interface and bulletins to english

Go to the user profile, settings tab > preferences

In the "General Preferences" section, look for the "Language" option and select "english".

click on "update" at the bottom of the page to save

NB: it is possible to choose the english language when the user is created.

Step 2 : at scope level, change the language of action tickets to english

On LePortail, go to a scope, then navigate to the "Preferences" tab

In the "Action ticket generation" section, select "english" for the "Language of action tickets generated by Yuno" option.

Click on "Update" to save the configuration.

NB: selecting the action ticket language will affect all action tickets in the scope, regardless of the user's language.
