SUMMARY
Context
Following a change of company, you may need to change your e-mail address/login.
Process
Step 1 : Log in to the Portal and go to your account settings
- Log in leportail.xmco.fr
- Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Account settings
Step 2 : Change your email adress
- Go to the Settings tab, and the Details submenu
- Fill in the email address field with your new email address.
- Click Update. Congratulations, your email address is up to date!
Step 3 : Change your login
To connect with your new email address, please contact our support.
Our authentication module does not yet manage login changes. (You may not receive Serenety alerts or your Yuno watch)
We plan to address this subject in the 2024 product roadmap.
- Open a ticket on Freshdesk or send an email requesting a change to your login to leportail+support@xmco.fr
