Accessing Files in an Audit
Why Upload or Download Files on the Portal?The Portal can serve as an information exchange platform between XMCO consultants and you: every file uploaded to your audit will be visible and downloadable by the pentesters (correction evidence, contracts, confidential data, etc.)
Step 1 : Access the Relevant Audit and Go to the Files Tab
- Go to the Audit menu
- Click on the My Audits submenu
- Select the relevant audit
- Go to the Files tab
Step 2 : Upload a File
A "Attach a File" button is available.
- The file will be saved in the Portal, along with the following information: name, type, user who uploaded the file, upload date, size
Step 3 : Download a File
You can download the file via the download icon, as long as you have read permissions for the scope or you are a Manager / Manager [$PRODUCT].
Step 4 : Delete a File
It's always possible to delete a file using the trash bin icon, as long as you have write permissions for the scope or you are a Manager / Manager [$PRODUCT].
