Track my alerts using filters and dashboards

Modified on Wed, 14 Feb at 11:34 AM

Thanks to this video, you will know how to track Serenety alerts using filters, sorting and interactive dashboards.

SUMMARY

To keep track of your alerts, you may need to filter or sort them. The Serenety module of the Portal allows you to do this via two different pages:

  • the My alerts oAll alerts page, with the Serenety alert action plan
  • the advanced statistics page with interactive dashboards for customised sorting of alerts to be monitored.

To access this page, click on My alerts oAll alerts in the Serenety menu:

Using the filter functions on Serenety alerts

  1. Click on the Add a filter button at the top right of the page
  2. When the drop-down menu opens, choose the filter you wish to apply
  3. Select the operator and the filter elements

Using the sorting functions on Serenety alerts

Click on the title of the menu you wish to sort :

  • Reference
  • Criticality
  • Perimeter
  • Title
  • Status
  • Assigned
  • Date of publication

The sorting function can be used for some of the title elements listed below, but only by configuring them one after the other. It is therefore not possible to use this interface to perform multiple sorting.

Use the dynamic dashboards on the advanced statistics page to track Serenety alerts

The statistics monitoring page can be accessed from the Advanced statistics menu in the Serenety module:

This interface takes you to the page below:

Interactive dashboards allow you to dynamically filter and sort the elements reported by Serenety monitoring.

To learn how to use these functions, please visit the documentation page dedicated to tracking dashboards.

Track your alerts using the multiple filters feature on the statistics page

  1. Click on the filters you wish to use (you can use multiple filters: criticality, status, date of alert, for example).
  2. The alerts corresponding to the filters applied will be displayed at the bottom of your screen.

You can also perform this advanced filtering for a given sub-perimeter rather than for all the alerts sent. See the next chapter for more information.

Track alerts for a sub-perimeter using the multiple filters feature

  1. Click on the My perimeters button in the Serenety menu
  2. Click on the Statistics menu
  3. Choose the filters you wish to use (you can use multiple filters: criticality, status, date of alert, for example).
  4. The alerts corresponding to the filters applied are displayed at the bottom of your screen.
